Can anyone ID this seat?
« on: March 20, 2011, 11:51:19 AM »
On the bottom of the post there is a link to my Shutterfly account. The seat that came with the bike is not off a 73 Cb750 like I was lead to believe... Can anyone tell me what bike this seat belongs to? I would like to get a couple fo bucks towards my new seat.

Thanks as always for the help.

Nope a 77 has the hinges on the left side and a trap door at the bottom rear for the user manual.

It's a nice looking seat on a pretty sharp bike.
The side stitching is distinctive the way is curves downward so that should help you id it.

Search Ebay for stock Hondas from this time period and maybe you will spot it.

So I came across as seat in another post that is very similar to the one I'm trying to ID. The bike in the post is a 74 CB550K. The seat cover is not a match, and there are some differences in the pan, but it's by far the closest thing I've come across. What do you think???
