Science project Complete

An old petcock that was completely full of crudded white powder, and pretty much hooped.
Dropped in the mystery fluid at 6:00 PM tonight.

I have always used this in a metal coffee container to clean parts.
    I wonder if a glass container would make any difference?   Anyway here's 4 1/2 hours

Project over and done.
I usually use malt vinegar, but was out so I used cider vinegar on this.
Cleaned out and good to go ;D
