Gran Tourismo Grips CB750
« on: April 07, 2011, 08:30:12 PM »
I ordered a set of these grips to replace the really gnarly foam ones that came with the bike.  I ordered them for 7/8 bars and they are too large.  I swear these are 7/8 bars on the bike, the packaging for the grips states 7/8 but they seem large.  Its been too long a day, can these bikes even run a smaller diameter handlebar?

No, smaller bar but you could have 1" grips.  Check the diameter...Larry

Remember, 2 different sized grips, one for throttle and one for the other side. Did you just look at the throttle grip?

BTW, I have GT's on almost all my bikes. I've tried so many different kinds of grips and these old school GT's just work best for me.
