Topic: K8 Lock Filler Lid

Hello Everyone,

So on my last ride of the season last year i filled up at the station and the lock on my K8 filler lid broke off.  I've been having the darndest time trying to fine a replacement one.  Are there any other options to keep the filler lid closed?  Or if someone has a spare one kicking around i'll gladly send you a few bucks!

have a filler lid with hinge (cheap!), PM your email adddress and i'll send a pic.

In the meantime, does any one have a suggestion to keep the door closed until i get a replacement?

Remove it. There's only two nuts holding the door on, then it won't be flapping in the breeze, then bolt it back on once you procure a replacement.
