As a dane I'm plagued with some of the highest vehicle taxations in the world. Here's an example to make you choke on your coffee:

It's a danish kind of craighslist, and the bikes for sale at DKK 39900 = USD 7700. 19000 original miles.

I know a lad that has a very nice sandcast that is for sale in upstate NY. Pipes are 341's but the rest is all original. Probably 12-$15000 would ride it away if that is of any interest to you, 21000 miles.

He lowered it to $9000 in one day.  Must have gotten a lot of nasty emails.  Still waaaaay overpriced.
