1972 Chaparral ST-80
« on: April 19, 2011, 06:07:24 PM »
I have made little headway with any references to comatible updating for this long forgotten creature.
The Chappy is pretty well intact, the only missing parts are headlamp(allthough the bucket and all reflectors are intact) rear tail lamp assembly, side stand leg, original fenders(although replaced with aftermarket UFO PLAST,side covers, but what is missing and worries me most,is the electircal cover for the coil contact and points on the left side of the block, and all the shifting hardwares. Anybody have any idea what I can use as a perfect fit,or mabe little modifications? FYI the ST-80 is the only fully manual shift and clutch Chappy model and bears a 90 cc bucket

Thanks a million 76cr, I looked into that link, and that is by far more ST-80 parts in one place than what I have seen scattered throughout cyberspace compiled :o
