there's a few Asian countries that have the death penalty.....The only ones that benefit from prohibition are the drug lords, organised crime.....Time for a change of tact....

The Drug war, like most modern western wars have become an economic center for powerful groups, the police and prison industries being significant job centers politicians are protective of.  they do not care that the put young people into jails where they are taught by professionals how to real criminals. 


The only thing we do dumber then this is voting in the people that support this law and order BS.

Are you a currently serving in a US of A federal legislative body or did you do your 2 years and leave with full retirement benefits?

I suppose we must ALL be criminals or some kind of Jesus Freak by that logic...

I think the US Constitution has elements that reflect this beginning, but the beginning ideas do not encompass the Constitution.

When you look at our drug laws, although not so draconian as in Malaysia,
they are just as stupid.

If it is legal to have less than an ounce of pot on you, ( in massachusetts,usa) and you are not allowed to grow it....
gee, did you break a law to obtain that pot?
