it is formal but, the reason this is in the rules is... it keeps the people coming back to the forum/ keeps the "might as well not be a member" from winning BOTM.

whadya think guys (and girls)? should it be in my moderator job description to be a PM'er to let members know they are a contestant in a contest that they should already know about?

cbjunkie... i'm just messin' with ya... i just think that if you wanna be a winner you gotta try to be a winner.

Jeez, thanks guys, Bob, Glen and mcpuffett. Like Bob I accept and am also flattered.

Would the voters please bear in mind that I don't feel too worthy of this nomination
because I'm a 'cheque book motorcyclist'. I only do minor work on my bike because
a) I don't know how to do the big stuff and b) It's not broken so it doesn't need fixing.

Maybe we need a 'wrencher of the month' or something. You would all immediately
have to nominate HondaMan! Thanks

cbjunk~ here's what i do and haven't done differently since this forum started... i bookmarked the sohc4 forums to load the "unread posts since last visit"
everytime i come back here i know where all the new replies are... and anyway... if someone isn't checking the BOTM thread, they probably don't really care anyway.

Hardly show, more Heinz 57 varieties, well 2 anyway. The tank is from a K2

Definitely a rider, put almost 2,000 mi. on her in the past year since resurrecting it from a l-o-n-g sleep.
