Inasmuch as I hate to go back to the original topic that was originally posted, until this moment I had no idea that Dallas was experiencing a severe shortage of police officers, night sticks and tasers. Heck, spike strips might have provided some useful entertainment.

If I had to choose, I would much rather be Bob Wessner's than Bob's Wessner.  If only because I don't know what that means and it scares me. 

Both imply ownership, but one implies ownership with intent. :-\
