Hey Benelli...thanks. Cables are not inside, just neated routed and zip tied, I do that on all my bikes.

The bars are "Super Bars" with a 2" rise. Look good and comfortable riding position.

My contribution a mostly stock '78 CB550K. Tank and panels have been re-painted but most everything else is original except rubber consumables.

Picked it up as a non-runner on St Pats day. Still needs carbs gone thru, tires, battery, and who knows what else. There's almost no rust, lots of original unmolested bolts, wiring is super clean, and the chrome is pretty good.

1973 K3, I’m the second owner. I got it as a runner but a bit tired in sunrise orange.
I wanted to make it like my first 750 back in the day, a K0.

I just noticed that you left off the chrome strips along the bottom of your fuel tank. I did the same. I've gone back and forth on this but I find I like the clean look. I may buy a repop set anyway just to have them on hand, the old ones were too warped to use.

Went for a ride in CNY yesterday. Beautiful morning. Stopped at an overlook to Keuka Lake. Can't believe I came very close to getting rid of the bike ~6 years ago. It was covered in dirt and rust from sitting in my barn many years. 9 months of TLC and lots of elbow grease (and $$$) and it runs better than when I first bought it back in June of 1976!

I don't consider my bike a cafe bike, although it's not exactly stock, it's still a two rider bike.
Except for fenders and headlight,tail light, it's still cb750F. Maybe ,custom ,describes it best.
I have upgraded to 78 wheels, and hagon shocks.
