Topic: Picture Post Numpty

When I attach pictures they appear as a jpeg and need to be clicked on to open them up. Yet some pics are already a large size and are ready to be viewed. How do I get my pics to appear as the latter?

The former situation you describe is because you uploaded them to the site from your computer I'm guessing. To get the latter is accomplished by hosting your photos at another site, such as Photobucket, etc., and then referencing the posted picture via its URL.

Perhaps it's that old out of date steam powered type computer that you guys over there still use.

I'm off home now to finish refitting my Victorian fireplace.  had to take the back boiler out cos I'm having this new fangled central heating thing installed, you won't catch me living in the past.

Sam, are you saying you are now just getting central heating?  What were you burning in that fireplace? Did you have to trot out to moors and cut some peat every day? 

There are no moors in Cheshire Bobby, we have to rely on imported coal and a few logs.
They do have moors in Grizzly land though, perhaps that's the problem Bob, it takes ages to warm the puter up on peat.
I'll try to post a pic of my fire place when it's done complete with new fire back and retiled hearth, doing the tiles tonight.
