Topic: information on 1980 cb650c pulse coil+stator

bike bandit.com sells stators for cb650c's which honda doesn't make anymore ,but where can i buy an aftermarket pulse coil. honda doesn't make a pulse coil anymore either, any info will be helpful. thanks,dennis

And bikebandit doesn't sell it anymore either. And neither does David Silver.
It seems that Ebay or a salvage yard is the place to look for them.

I don't know if any other Honda model used the same pulse coil though?

Are we talkin the stator/alt for charging?  Cause they also have a "pulse generator" for the ignition that repaced the points.

I took it for granted that it was a question about the pulse generator. Sorry about using the wrong term though.

Electrex sells aftermarket stators and reg/rectifiers for the 650:

There's a German online shop that sells coils, stators, pulse generator etc. for SOHC and DOHC (also for CB650(C)). Worldwide shipping
Haven't ordered anything from them yet, but looks interesting, also they seem to constantly add to their supply.
