Custom... Lots of the seat pans you see on ebay "can" work if you are willing to cut or modify them. There was at least one pan made specifically for a 400F that an ebay seller has been listing for a while. In the picture he lists the white gel coat seat on a red 400F its not like the one in your picture but it is bolt on.
