It's not in the rules, but I don't think it is legal to use the same picture twice.

I THINK the idea is to go TAKE a NEW photo one the mark has been announced. Not find a picture that matches it....

Agreed.  IMO, the idea is to get out on our bikes and find the mark to take a picture with, not look around in our old pictures to find one that meets the criteria.

If we keep having to make new nit-picky rules because we're always trying to find loopholes to get around actually finding the mark and taking a picture with it, then what's the point?  It's a pretty basic and entertaining activity if it's kept simple.  Find the mark, take a picture of your sohc4 with it, post the picture and call the next mark.  No need to make it more complicated than that.

Hey Ball sacks!

I just mentioned that cows were already done.
I asked him to make another mark.

Go ride more. Or at least actually read what was posted.

Sorry,(sorta).

Watch who you're callin' a ball sack, you nut-bag! ;D

In my defense, I did read, just misunderstood.  And I would love to go ride more, unfortunately I'm at a time in my life where that's just not possible too often.  99% of my riding these days is to/from work.  But at least it's for a good cause!

I apologize. (sorta) ;)

Can I have a motorcycle when I get old enough?
If you take care of it.
What do you have to do?
Lot’s of things. You’ve been watching me.
Will you show me all of them?
Sure.
Is it hard?
Not if you have the right attitudes. It’s having the right attitudes that’s hard.

Well this is the 7th day of the wild goose,(Jaguar), chase.
Obviously, rare and exotic cars are not working out very well.
Call a new mark please.

Can a newbie to the game call a new mark?  How's about a picnic bench in a public park?  If that's too easy, how about one with people eating on it?

Can a newbie to the game call a new mark?

The first post lists some loose rules. Whoever fulfils the photo mark gets to call the next mark. If a mark expires (7 days) then whoever called the failed mark calls a new mark.

Park bench too easy...

I think the best way to keep this from getting too complicated with too many rules and sub-rules is to appoint one person as the "Dead Mark" caller, rather than waiting for the previous caller to post a new mark.  Keeps the game from stagnating too much and keeps the action going.

Because Scrapvalue started the game, I nominate him as the "Dead Mark" caller.

What do the rest of you think?

Well, if that's the way you want it, then fine!
Let's make a life guard stand the next mark.

I am calling it because I hit that mark in the game on the other site. You can see them in the back ground of my picture.
Wasn't my SOHC, but my XS1100.

Oh ya, extra points if you get pretty girls in the picture,(everyone has to think their pretty, not just you).

If "Old Timer" shows up in the next 24 hrs. and wants to call a different mark, it is cool with me.

No longer bikini weather around here but at least this is doable. Not for me until the firs tof the week though. I'd prefer someone before that with girls in bikini's.
