Can you recommend a 750K SOHC mechanic?
« on: May 05, 2006, 09:19:01 AM »
I need the services of a reputable mechanic to refresh my K0 engine. It has 39,000 miles, and I'd like to give it a once-over mechanically before putting it back in the frame. I live in Iowa, and would like to know if any of the members can recommend a shop to do this, preferably in the Midwest , but I'm open to any shop in the USA that comes highly recommended. Anyone?

Their are a few shops that deal with vintage bikes here in Chicago, but they aint cheap.

Get ahold of Fred at Triple-O service.
Shop number is 312-280-8820
He is said (by allot of people) to be the best at SOHC bikes in the city..

Good luck... ;D

Mike's on the Right Coast - prefer someone halfway local, at least within a days drive or so.

I'll give Fred a call.

There's nothing wrong with the engine - just need an experienced CB750 guy to give it the once over while it's out.

Anyone else out there willing to help out?
