Oil Flow for CB750

Which line on the picture below is the feed, and which is the return?
This is on my 76 CB750F.

According to the attached lubrication diagram the front hose returns oil from the oil pump to the oil tank and the rear hose supplies oil from the oil tank to oil pump.
