The answers you seek can be found here:

From what I see, it's blue, white and green all the way home!

I almost committed suicide over my headlight wiring. (not really) I pulled apart all my connections months ago and like an #$%* I didn't label anything thinking it would be easy to get back together.... well.... its still not together, but i did get a little sidetracked at the moment.

match the colors in a Honda harness.  Turn signals are the exception but even those have the properly colored bands on the wires.  Anyhow, +1 on oldmanhonda.com  I can play with his animated wire diagram for hours, well, maybe minutes. I like to use a contunity light for such things.  Select high beam, see which wire responds to the switch action, plug it into the connector, repeat.  Green is ground.

Bring this one back to life. Going through this nightmare right now. What about the green wires that are connected to the headlight bucket? where do they go?

Solid green is always ground. I assume you are talking about the two green wires bolted to the turn signal blocks.  Attach those to the ground wire of the turn signal lamp.

Yes, I've got two green wires coming in from the frame harness (I think). One has a three way connector the other has a four way female connector. The PO was in there before so who knows what's OEM and what isn't. Maybe I should post some pictures.

Ok here are some pics

These I did not unplug I assume they are correct?

The long black wires at the bottom are from the front turn signals. I think i remember them pluging into the dual female orange wires?

Right behind that light blue wire there's a single orange wire with a double female connetor with a  cover that is half white I assume one solid orange and one orange with a white stripe goes in there?

Here's where all the trouble started. which green wires go here? I have two from the headlight bucket. One for the tack light and speedo and a couple of others.

The solid greens from the blinker stem bolts go to any of the solid green females. The solid orange and the orange with white tracer go to the hot side of the left dual filament turn signal bulb. Solid is the running light, tracer is the turn signal.  They do not both go to the dual female orange wire, only the solid orange goes there.

For the right turn signal, do the same thing only with the solid blue & blue w/ tracer.

OK we're making progress thanks to you guys! here's the situation as of a few minutes ago. I have working signals with buzzer, horn and starter and signal indicator on instrument panel along with neutral and oil light.

What I don't have after plugging the headlight back in is: Lights, running lights and tach/speedo illumination.

Here's what it's looks like right now. That orange wire hanging there is a bit of a mystery as I've plugged it into different orange wired female plugs.
