You need a fork brace/original fender or the forks will flex too much

Did you make that seat? I'm picking up a 73 350F in a week, and after I get it completely mechanically sound I'm going to go towards this Japanese bratbike style.

What I'm trying to say is... I really love your bike.

Thanks for the comments guys. The paint was done by a friend of a friend  for $100. He had the color already but it came out pretty much just what I was hoping for. As for the fork braces I did look briefly look for them. Found a company called SpecII. Has anyone had any experience with them? The seat was made by a local upholster. I printed out a bunch of pics and he made it. At first he made it to thick. I had him take over an inch of foam out. Also I'll put up some more pics after I paint the rear hoop.

Wow!

I was just thinking that I might put some new paint on the bike after I clean the inside of the tank and that I wondered what a blue would look like.  I now know that it would look INCREDIBLE.

Well done! I'm about 85% finished with my '71 500 as well. Mine's going stock but totally dig the seat/pipes/bars combo you've got goin' on. And dig that blue too!

Thanks for the comments. The headers are Kerker and loud as hell. I put my mac exhaust back on for a few days because I was riding my bike to work and I know I wake my neighbors up early when  it starts. I notice it does run better with some backpressure. I think I need to rejet if I put the Kerker back on.

How do you like the shocks? Exactly what PN are they/where did you get them? Also what weight are you? I'm 225 and will be refurbing a CB350F this winter and am looking for "ride reports" on people with aftermarket shocks so I know what to get. Do you like them? Decent ride or too firm? Etc. Thanks!

Oh, Hey! I bought this bike about a month ago. She's a beauty, and got plenty of looks and comments when I was riding it. She's currently grounded for now.
Always looking to learn something new.
