Well, the worst of your examples, from a performance aspect, was the last: these are not proper velocity stacks, nor are they proper air filters. The best, IMHO, would be Tintops.
The most important feature of a velocity stack is the belled opening.

No need to sub out tintops stacks, they are exactly right.....
Carpy=Crappy. Sorry, but no self respecting cafe bike would wear those. They look my sorry attempt to form a piece of aluminum vacuum-cleaner pipe into a stack for my C200 90 when I was 14 years old, and what is with the massive finned clamp?
If you could only find out who is building them for him, you could likely get them for half the price.
I have no opinion on the exhaust. (you would have to pay me $60 a piece to mount those stacks on my bike, and I would promptly throw them in the recycle bin with the beer cans after the photo shoot. )
