Tachometer question
« on: December 05, 2011, 02:47:56 PM »
I was surveying the online service manual in the sections pertaining to the carbs and setting them up. I noticed it said to install a tach to set the idle at 950 =/- 100 and then do the highest idle setting on all the carbs..so just what does this tach tool look like and are they still available? Anyone have a part number?  Im having a good time wrenching and the bike is actually running but I know the carbs need to be set up right.  Please post a picture of this add on tach if you have one, Thanks.
