I've seen that same clip done with several plots.  The one I like best depicts Hitlers VFR being stolen, and his staff replaced it with a Beemer, and he just goes off.  He compared the Beemer to a farm tractor.  Hilarious.

Thanks to everyone.  I found the book and the movie.  Of course I was bored and watched the movie before reading the book.    The English subtitles won't be necessary, I am fluent in German and Russian.  They were a requirement of my former employment.  Since retired and loving it.
