SCI Seat Buckles
« on: January 02, 2012, 01:09:23 PM »
Has anyone used these seat buckles from SCI http://www.siriusconinc.com/pro-detail.php?pid=&product_id=81

I'm having a new cover put on my seat.  The strap buckles  have pitted and rusted chrome so I'm thinking of replacing them.  Wondered if the SCI buckles are of about the same quality, or if anyone else knows of another source.

Thanks

Please let me know what you think after you take a look, if you would be so kind.  Do they appear to be of reasonable weight and quality?

I'm pretty sure I have a spare set of buckles with a belt for a 400F in my garage.  If you are interested, then I'll root around for it.  $20 shipped including all hardware and the belt... as long as I can find it.  ;-)

That sounds good as long as the chrome on the buckles is in good shape.  Please let me know.  Thanks.

Here's a picture.  It isn't the greatest picture, but you can see it is all new and shiny.  The buckles are chrome and brand spanking new, as are the fasteners.  The belt is brand new too, and is left free on one end so you can adjust it to whatever length you wish.  Let me know if you are interested in it.  $20 shipped.
