Hi Stev-o Ive been a lurker for a few years now . Just wanted to jump in and say congrats  on a great score. My sister
died a couple months ago and had a 78 750K. Badly neglected motor frozen from sitting out in the weather for 6 years. long story short my brother-in-law gave it to me. don't know why I got on here and started rambling on. but congrats.

Ride it don't slide it

Hey Stev-o oh buddy ole pal...

Hahaha.... you stole that bike from Greenjeans from me!   Hahaha, who's laughing now?

Fine, trade you for the K8!  But really, that bike is too nice to do anything but keep it that way.

If you need to clean out some of that stuff, I need a mother load of parts.  Really!
I don't have a motorcycle, sold it ('85 Yamaha Venture Royale).  Haven't had a CB750 for over 40 years.

Sorry to hear about your sister. I'll think of her when I ride my K8. Did you get it running yet or do you need a motor?

Did I mention I want a K8?  Bad?   But nowhere near as nice as Stev-o's.

Hunting for a Google pic of a vulture! ;D
I think the thing I most like about motorcycling is the speed at which my brain must process information at to avoid the numb skulls who are eating pies, playing the ukulele, applying make-up etc in the comfort of their airconditioned armchairs as they make random attempts to kill me!!!!!!!

How does the mrs. feel about the purchase?   Or is it in an offsite storage hiding from her?

Well, to add to the vultures... I'd be interested in the vac gauges and a 4-1, if you are looking to sell.  If not, enjoy that haul. :)  Looks like a good find!

That K8 is absolutely fantastic!

You might let Cycle -X know about some of those engine parts if you do not need them.

Ahhh, it's good to see someone publicly wallowing in their own good fortune Steve, kinda brings a tear to my eye, Gordon Gecko would be very proud of you, ha ha! ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"
