First off, welcome. Plenty of good info here and make sure you download the manual for your bike. 1, 2, 4,3. 1 and 4 are controlled by the left set of points and 2 and 3 by the right. cylinder 1 is the outer left. I always tighten the spokes by ear, tapping on the spoke with the spoke wrench until they all have the same ring, getting a bit harder as I age
