Well mr_jason, You've taken a different approach in modifying your bike. I like what you've done. The gas tank kinda has an older Honda look with the badge (kinda reminded me of a BMW). I'm not too much on the cannister type mufflers but, it's not my bike and it don't look bad at all. The thing is, it's your bike and the style says it's yours. That's what matters. Ride that sucker proudly!

I'm curious to know what canister that is - it looks like a perfect fit with the mount on the rear footpeg, just like stock.

the pipe is actually off a Suzuki GSXR, not sure what year though.  I'm looking at a Ducat one on ebay right now that i might replace it with.  similar look but I'm looking for a little throatier sound.

i really wanted to mix old and new with this bike.  that's why i went with the K tank and the old Honda badges and stuck with the stock seat, but have the more modern pipe and such, and the taillight is off a 57 Vespa.   I love this bike and it's really really fun to ride.

:)

well, it needs some polishing.  i need to repaing the side covers (it's missing the left one, but that should be here any day now from ebay).  I have a english style front plate that i'm gonna mount on it (http://www.benjiescaferacer.com/sitebuilder/images/Picture_084-275x273.jpg). and then we'll see from there.  i guess it will never really be done.

yeah, i was "dreaming" about it.

hahaha.

i really love that old logo.  i originally planned to make a screen of it and screen print it onto the side of the tank, but then i found the metal badges on eBay and decided to go that route.
