I had that once, it was like the sump pump was cycling except I don't have one. Beautiful weather nothing was running in the house, still there it was. hummmmmmm.  wait Hummmmm. wait, etc.
No matter how many times you paint over a shadow, it's still there.

I checked it out yours in different and more sinister. HAARP is scary technology. maybe that's why it's nice here and freezing in Russia.

I think the youtube vids are hoaxes, it seems to be the same recording played over different video. Probably a college class project. What was the one a while back about invisible dragonflys? Oh, rods was what they called them. It was fairies in the fifties.
