Either the foam on that ducktail seat has been cut down (and poorly) or that's a K0 seat cover on a different pan and foam.  Either way, it's not worth as much as an unmolested example.

The stock seat is in better condition and looks better on the bike.  Besides, a K0 seat on a later 750 just doesn't look right IMO.  Not that I'd have a problem using one if that's what I had, but if I had the choice I'd use a later model, stock seat.

I agree with Gordon...put the period correct seat on there, not the KO seat. I am a stickler for keeping the stock look. The KO seat will give you nothing over the K4 seat. I speak from experience...I have both. And you can still buy the K4 seat from Honda. It is a very comfortable seat too.

I hear ya'...not totally stock is correct. Then I guess you need to go with what makes you feel good, man. That is not a stock KO seat anyway as the locking mechanism for the KO will not work on the K4. They are different. So not sure really what you have there.

Ahhhhh, I see what you did there. Making a K4 resemble a KO. Get a new KO seat if you like it that much. The rest of the bike looks great on the pic. Nice paint and stuff. The condition of that seat looks like it has seen better days. The looks of that worn seat brings the rest of the bike down IMO. Again, do what moves you my friend... ;D

Regardless of what other parts on the bike are or are not stock, the stock seat you have is in much better condition than that ducktail seat.

I really hate the look of the K3 K4 .. seat...too plain looking, the straight line across the top is boring..even a K@ seat blooks a bit better.
