If it's worth doing at all it's worth over-doing.

This is my modern classic--2005 Triumph T100, 865cc.  Picture taken before air intake box & exhaust were changed.

Based on a Norton featherbed frame

Maybe it is "based" on a Norton Featherbed - but then you could argue that most dual cradle frames were?

Very nice.  Not original though is it?  I've not seen any customised CBX550s over here.

As far as likes go, I like the Vincent prototype 1 (& the old Black Shadow), the new Norton
(& the old  Manx, also the Commandos), I like the fact that Royal Enfields are still around but like
the old Interceptors and now I'm waiting for the company that revived ChrisCraft Boats(they have a reputation for success), to give it a go at bringing Indian out of the ashes (without a H-D engine) . Now, as far as being able to afford, that's another story. I grew up around the old British and American classics and will never forget the 1st Honda that I had ever seen or heard. It was a Honda 125 Benly Super Sport (with a 150 conversion) racing around a track. Those megaphones sounded like a well tuned sports car . He spun out, got up, hit the starter button (I'd never seen an electric starter on a bike before either) and was off again. I look a the pictures of the new Classics mentioned and then, go back to what I can barely afford and life goes on.         Bill
