does the 450 tank fit over the frame rails?nice project!

The 450 tank fits over the rails. But I had to weld in recessed cups into the bottom of the tank so the outer carbs needle had somewhere to go when wide open. Otherwise they hit the bottom of the tank.
I also had to fab a bracket onto the frame because the rear bracket on the tank was too far forward. A lot of dicking around just to get a 450 tank to work.  ::)
