Piston ring to ring land clearance

How much clearance between piston ring and ring land, in the ring groove? Forged 64mm piston.

Do they move freely ? I stopped installing forged pistols into mine , becausevtge top rings did not move easily . end groove was fine.. 
 Re . Pistols.....I can be damn sure  that my auto correct program will never be a gearhead...
