missing parts

I am hopping that I can get some help. I have a 1982 650 nighthawk when going over it today I noticed at the battery box something missing . I am thinking I need #11 could the PO bypassed this or just took it off ?

That is the starter motor solenoid; yes, it is needed for the electric starter to function. The assembly also incorporates the main fuse, which can be bypassed with a blade type fuse.

I've got one of those from an 82 CB650 Nighthawk of you want it. Also have a few other odds and ends that came from the same bike if you need anything else.
