Brake Light replacment for cafe look
« on: August 02, 2012, 09:36:50 PM »
Hey, is there a vender who sells lower profile brake lights that are plug and play? What are my options if I plan to chop my rear fender and replace that big stock tail light with something more subtle?

And while we're on the subject, what about turn indicators. I used to have a Bonneville with bullet style turn indicators that I really liked. Not LED. Are these available for the K8 750K?

Thanks.

Pretty much all brake lights are plug and play. If you get LED turn signals you will have to get an electronic flasher or put resistors in to correct the load. If you look at my build thread, I chopped the fender and replaced my tail light and signals and plate holder with a single unit. It was canadian so I ended up having to drill holes to hold my plate.  ::)
