One of my Marines just parked a 1982 CB750F in my garage with the expectation that I can fix it up for him. I can work on most things including bikes, but after researching this bike, I am finding there are many and few parts for it. I have a long list from plastics to signals as I aim to return this bike to its former glory.
This thing is in horrible shape appearance wise, but runs strong and well. All the plastics are gone, the exhaust is composed of a couple HD Sportster mufflers welded on the header pipes, and the seat is a piece of wood with vinyl folded over wood! I am sure he will have more into it than it is worth, but it is his first bike and he wants to learn how to work on them.
Can someone hook me up with a parts list for this poor thing? Maybe a few good sources of the parts to save me going through ebay every which way hoping I get the right part?
