go through the connections in the headlight bucket and give them a good clean, and make sure the grounds are good on the nuts for the headlight ears.

do the same on the back tail light unit, and make sure that the signal stem is actually grounding the bulb consistently. if not you'll have to run a grounding wire from the bulb.

remember that it only takes one bulb improperly or sketchily wired to throw off the flasher relay.

good luck.

im thinking that it might be related to the fuse panel because i know they are known for overheating and causeing issues because i was checking the fuses and found out that it was hot so im hoping replacing that will help

What exactly are the signals doing (or not doing)? Is the problem specific to one side or both? When you activate your turn signal, do the bulbs light at all? Do they flash? You gotta be more specific, man.
A bad ground connection or bulb will cause problems with both the front and rear so be sure everything checks out OK.

Tell me what you mean playing? Just what did you do.

If you still have the thermal flasher I would change it with a electronic one about $12.00. Wheather this has anything to do with your problem or not.

Did you remove the headlight ring and headlight?

I put a new headlight bucket on my 77 750 K and there are a lot of wires to stuff back in there. Might have a lose connection in the orange wires or blue wires.

As stated by most check your grounds inside the headlight especially where it grounds to the headlight reflector mounts. (inside)

Are you using the turn signal buzzer?

Get a new electronic flasher relay, they are cheap. And even if that isn't the problem you have made an investment for the future.
'Then' and 'than' are completely different words and have completely different meanings. Same with 'of' and 'have'. Set and sit. There, their and they're. Draw and drawer. Could care less/couldn't care less. Bought/brought FFS.

Flasher relay is under the left panel, usually in the centre of the electrics.
