Tire size for CB750 F2
« on: September 19, 2012, 01:07:42 AM »
Hi all,

Working on customization project of CB750 F2.
What is the biggest tire that would fit? Do you have any examples and what do I need to do? change the rim, swing arm, forks?
Where can I get spokes as I have stars on my F2?

Tnx for the help.

Stock oem size definately handles best. 110/90-18 rear, 100/90-19 front. Assorted minor issues when going up in tire size, none worth the change. Try Bridgestone BT45 tires.

If your rims are true and fenders/fender straps are straight you can go up to 110 in the front with out rubbing.. I didnt notice and adverse affects on performance, but then again i dont trust leaning her over too far with my well worn rear..
There are no absolute truths. The truth of a theory is merely its power to produce predictions that are confirmed by observations.
