Google has one called Sketch Up, for 3D rendering, if that's what you're talking about.   What are you trying to render?

Do you just want to render something? Or create something in 3d? or what exactly do you want?
It's almost twice as old as me, I don't know how the hell it works!

I'm trying to see what my bike will look like after building it so that i know what handle bars to use and if i want to change anything I'm doing a number of modifications that and so my dad can see what it will look like because his ideas are aren't in the same universe as mine

it would be far easier to google some images and show him a similar bike to visualize what your concept is.

unless you're going to custom-manufacture your parts, chances are there's already a bike out there that looks a lot like what you have in mind.  :)  not a bad thing, since this can provide inspiration!

I got stuck behind a rendering truck once on my bike on a hot summer day, I thought I was going to puke inside my helmet.

I am part of a FIRST robotics team. Just to give you an idea of what you are trying to do, we have a cad team of 8 high school students and 3 professional drafters, it takes them WEEKS of continuous work to produce an accurate model of what our robot will look like. I can give you some renderings that we have sitting around of the final product of last years robot if you want to see what I mean. And I would like to point out that a robot is much simpler than a motorcycle frame, with it's compound curves and other such craziness.
