Just wanted to officially say hello. I am new to motorcycles, figured I would start with a vintage. I have always been a Honda guy that make a damn good product nuff said. Well picked up a backyard special for $300 bucks it has been sitting for over 8 years. I am gonna have fun with this one.

Welcome aboard.  Your lucky, CB's are getting hard to come by in this part of the state and if you check Craigslist most people think they are made of gold.   Sounds like you got a good buy.  Need some more pics!

Alright here are some more pics of what I got into, I started to dismantle the bike. I don't have a solid plan yet, but I know it will start with general maintenance first.
