I would be more interested I have a set too and as far as practicality, If I build one now I'll check into using GSXR rods as I've seen posted somewhere.

Nice..I just sold a used set on there for about half that.  After all the reading on this forum, I decided to go with shot peened stockers.

I expect the Yosh rods would do well in a 500/550.

I agree,just allow for stretch when checking valve to piston clearance etc. ;) ;D .030 in if I remember right! Bill
