Fill me in , what is a Bremmer or bremmerton or whatever...

Since this guy is MILITARY, here's how to get your $$$$ .Find out what Command /Unit he's attached to. Write a letter to HIS Commanding Officer giving him the facts and ask if there is anything he can do to get you your money!!
CHARGE= Article 134-Theft , that will get his attention!!!!

It's possible he's with: 32d Med Bde Combatives Training Facility - Ft Sam Houston, TX, according to his likes on his Facebook page.  Might start with them.  Coming from the military, I agree that his unit will make sure you get your money, even if it's $10.
