I liked the original color, but I'm sure whatever you have decided will look great on that bike.  :)

Being a real "Z1 Man", Steve could no longer look at it without vomiting in his mouth, so he's done the right thing and hopefully he'll choose the hue of blue, but even if he weakens and goes for red (a lesser choice, but still acceptable, as long as it doesn't look like Larry's Golf Cart) it'll still look way better than the poxy paint job that (dis)graced it previously.......... ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

OK, I like this better than the previous color... :)

Been there, I hate when stuff goes back together funky. Good idea to step away for awhile.

Looks great!

Is there anything more fun than riding? They are between your legs and are quiet when you turn them off.

Absolutely the right choice. I'm not a Blue man myself. Other than jeans and a sweatshirt.

The Candy Blue looks fantastic! Hard choice I know but the right choice.

Anybody can own a Red bike huh?  :P

Can't wait for the Glamour Shot!

Will have the side cover badges and chain guard this week.

Needless to say, I am very, very happy.

Well done, Steve.

Glad I could gave some input.

Please ignore my bike.
I didn´t want to hyjack Steve´s thread.

For Steve´s Z1-B (?) there are beautiful colour combos. I would opt for blue:

Pic taken from here

http://www.google.de/imgres?biw=1120&bih=618&tbm=isch&tbnid=CtbO3oAofzw6HM:&imgrefurl=http://www.paintworkz.com/customersZ1photos.html&docid=5qB-JWc9rhJQqM&imgurl=http://www.paintworkz.com/z/75kawZ1Bmontana.jpg&w=700&h=525&ei=J0Z7UrjADseO5AT7toCAAg&zoom=1&iact=hc&vpx=476&vpy=190&dur=326&hovh=194&hovw=260&tx=113&ty=101&page=1&tbnh=131&tbnw=166&start=0&ndsp=18&ved=1t:429,r:3,s:0,i:89

According to this site, the "yellow ball" green/yellow 1973 colour scheme (my bike) was not availiable in US.

Doc, I love a motorcycle!
