Small dent in header

Some absoutle idiot has backed into my bike leaving a small dent in my LH Pipe about 4&1/2 inches from the clamp Any quick fix ideas on how to remove it before the chrome job?

If you can reach the dent from the inside, mount a ball ended solid rod in the vice put the header onto the rod with the dent resting on the ball and gently tap on the outside starting from the edge of the dent and working round till you get to the center. A panel beaters dome faced hammer is the best tool and make sure the face is clean and polished.
