head light no power

hello. putting together a basket case 75, 400f.  i chaged handle bars to original and now my head lamp does no work. i have no
power at the light plug or the fuse. i had it working before i chaged to handle  bars.  any ideas thanks.

No power at the fuse means there's no power coming from the starter switch for the headlight circuit.
Does the starter button work (starter motor runs)?
Yes - failed switch or misconnected / broken black/red wire in the switch harness.
No - failed switch or  black wire broken / not connected to the switch harness.
Check all the connections under the tank. Make sure all the bullets are clean and tight.
