Right Signals Not Working
« on: July 31, 2013, 05:56:54 AM »
Hey guys I could use some advise here.

Working on a 79 550f.  Ive lost right side turn signals.  Here are the symptoms.

Front right never turns on.

Back right signal sometimes turns on when it does the light on display lights up.

Clicker sound always works no matter what turns on or doesnt (thats the sound from the left side fuse box area.)

Ive also noticed that when all lights dont work, the wire from switch to connection infront under gas tank get reaalllly hot.

Any ideas?

thanks
Kimo

The clicker sound is your flasher relay working.

My guess is a faulty bulb, front side right. Try changing it for a new one.
