Exhaust down tubes clamps are upside down 

I put the clamps on the wrong pipes, I hadn't noticed they were different, now changed them over but I can't tighten clamp on cyl 1 pipe, sump is in the way.
It seems I have to take off the sump, but to do that the exhaust is in the way of the sump bolts.
Help  how do I tighten this clamp bolt
