My number two carb float gets stuck sometimes and a bit of gas will come out the overflow.  I was looking for some overflow tubing small enough and found that if I used aquarium air hose that it fit perfectly.  So if anyone is looking for the same thing visit your nearest Petco.  8 feet for 1.99.

Hey Sparty...I don't know your riding habits but you may want to get into the habit of turning your petcock off when not riding. It is not uncommon for these bikes to leak gas when it's left on.

I turn off the petcock usually before I even shut off the bike, this way I can burn off some fuel so that it doesn't leak out when I put down the side stand.

Not sure, but it is cheap enough to replace if it goes bad.  It isn't like gas is sitting in it for too long.

If it leaks out that quick, you might need to readjust the float on that carb.

Another thing,if it turns out to be a bad needle & seat......don't just buy a needle & seat....buy the whole carb kit.I found it to be cheaper that way.
