I've got some blue prints for basically  the same set up  except its to be mounted on a 20" bike frame and it claims you can reach speeds up to 75mph. That's awful fast for a bicycle.
I've done a lot of things in my life that I'm not proud of...and the things I AM proud of, "are disgusting"

There was/is a class of control line airplanes powered by ram jet motors...loud and fast. 75 foot braided steel lines from the control handle to the plane. This is a little different design but similar concept. This thing is burning propane whereas the ramjets were burning gasoline.

Ram jets need get up to 300 mph+ to work and pulse jets are subject intake noise and vibration can't see the point, why not just strap a Jato bottle to your ass, or your step through 50.

V-1 was a pulse jet, V-2 was a liquid fueled rocket if I'm not mistaken.   I think the Saturn rockets had five V-2 rockets to get them off the launch pad.
