How much restriction will that baffle create with you pumping pressure through the system?
As of today 3/13/2012 my original owner 75 CB750F has made it through 3 wives, er EX-wives. Free at last.  ;-)

I think its not as bad as many people think. I modified the pipe with a 40mm perforated tube straight through so its resonable quiet while still offering enough flow.

On my other turbo bike I first had a 60mm straight through pipe and later a 35mm end pipe and I honestly could not tell the difference except there was no TuBa droning in my ears anymore. 😅

If theres a bit more back pressure, the wastegate will simply close a bit more to compensate. Thats the beauty of the system. :)

Yes you may! Honda/Showa...
I think they came of a cb750 rc42.. you know the 90ies cb750. (I also used the triple trees of that bike with cbr fork legs.)

I only 2k coated the shocks springs.
