Double Engine Street Bike?

One of my nitro brothers Big Bob Snyder (CBX West) posted this pic on his Facebook page:
"Motor Monday....A double motor street bike back in 1981 at OCIR Dragbike race"
He's not sure he shot any other pics of this.
Anyone here remember seeing this one?

dont know of it Nitro .......there was one here breifly on the street in Sydney Australia in late eighty's
