At that price, he's going to be further in debt.
He need to lower it down to about $200 if he wants any takers. Fortunately I don't need one but I am looking for another one in less mint condition for $20 so I can convert it to look bit like the one from CR750, which means plugging up the gas cap panel and installing a stock flip-up cap on a side. I bought several spare stock 1969-1974 CB750K tanks (1975-76 CB750K tanks had fuel cocks on the left side) for $20 each and they were all in good condition. Only needed good sanding and repaint, two didn't even require bondo.
