I recently replaced the cable, frictions and clutch springs with OE Honda parts. The lift mechanism and rod have been checked and are good. The issue I have is when I engage the transmission into first gear the bike will stall, similar to what would happen if you didn't disengage the clutch. The clutch pull fees ok. I did not have this problem before I replaced the clutch. Using Honda 10W40 oil. Only happens on initial start.
